Ashley Li has over 11 years of experience in content design spanning mainframe, security, B2B Gateway and API Gateway products. She is now a content design lead at IBM and the Zowe Doc Squad lead. In this role, she drives content strategy and execution throughout the Zowe user journey and continuously improves the content experience by acting on user feedback and conducting content analytics.
